Bob Egan, Chairman and CEO
Bob is the founder of Egan Sign. With over 25 years of experience in the sign industry, Bob brings a unique blend of manufacturing, marketing, sales and management to the company. As the originator of the business model Egan Sign employs and the proprietary SignManager™ Sign Management Software, Bob has provided the vision needed to differentiate Egan Sign in the crowded sign industry. Bob is past president of the Egan Maritime Institute on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts, is a private pilot, father of four and grandfather to twelve. In addition, he is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in Finance and Marketing and is a future pro golfer.

John Dever, President
John is responsible for both day-to-day and strategic leadership of Egan Sign. He plays a key role in managing the organization as it grows by coaching and mentoring team members and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration. Dever comes to Egan Sign from a 16-year term as president and COO of Bills Khakis, an upscale men’s fashion brand located in Reading, PA. At Bills Khakis, Dever was responsible for overseeing the company’s operation, finances, and marketing strategies. Dever holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Albright College, is a past rugby player and current avid cyclist.

Marilyn Brennan, Director of Business Development and Account Management
Marilyn Brennan joined Egan Sign in August 2016 with over nine years of experience in the sign industry with a background in Business Development and Project Management. She began her sign industry career at Reading based L & H Companies where she served as Project Manager from 2007 until 2011 when she joined Adelphia Graphic Systems as Director of Project Management. After four years on the AGS Project Management team, Marilyn was promoted to a Business Development position. She is responsible for managing all leads, promoting the company’s capabilities, and implementing sales programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree from King’s College.

John Dever III, Director of Marketing and Operations
John joins Egan with over 15 years experience in the fields of Marketing, Operations and Information Technology. Having worked in both the service and product industries, with more than a dozen companies, from a full time and consulting stand point, he brings a high level of expertise across multiple business models. With Egan, he plays the role of business integration and growth marketing, with the ultimate responsibility of maintaining a best in class operational excellence. Annette Debiec, Manager of Business Development and Sourcing
Annette comes to Egan with over 18 years of experience as a Purchasing & Production Manager at Bills Khakis, an upscale men’s fashion brand. There, she was responsible for supervising eight outsourced manufacturing partners located throughout the United States, sourcing raw materials, and managing overall finished goods inventory. Annette is responsible for developing and managing supplier relationships to strategically increase the value we bring to our clients. Denise Rowe, Director of Administration
Denise Rowe has been with Egan Sign for more than 10 years. After graduating with credentials in accounting from Reading High School, she worked in insurance and later owned her own business. Her various roles at Egan Sign included project manager, where she learned about the sign business. Because of her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, she is now Director of Administration. Denise has a passion for collecting antiques, and she and her husband plan to start a small farm at their Pennsylvania farmhouse.

Zach Nagle, Senior Project Manager / Product Specialist
An accomplished sign industry professional, Zach brings sales, graphic design, and project management expertise to the Egan Sign team. In his previous role, he worked for Bartush Signs, a regional full service sign company, where he gained tremendous hands-on experience not only inside a custom sign manufacturing facility, but also in the field completing installations. With over 13 years in the sign business and counting, Zach is committed to helping new and existing clients find the right solutions for their projects. In addition to his senior project management role, Zach manages Egan Sign’s network of certified manufacturing and installation partners and works directly with them to insure that our clients receive only the highest quality products and services available. He holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Lehigh Carbon Community College and is an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
