Egan Sign Hires Michelle Weaver as Director of Sales and Marketing

Egan Sign, a recognized leader in national sign management and corporate rebranding, announced that Michelle Weaver has joined the organization as Director of Sales and Marketing. In her new role, Michelle is tasked with leading the marketing and sales efforts for the company’s national Sign Management services. “Egan Sign is known throughout the sign industry for the superior level of service provided to their clients and for the absolute integrity with which they treat their employees, vendors, and clients. For these reasons, I am thrilled to join this growing and motivated team,” said Michelle.   “I look forward to working collaboratively toward the company’s vision of becoming the sign management company of choice across the United States.”

Michelle began her marketing career over ten years ago in Wyomissing, PA, where she worked for the retail outlet chain, VF Outlet, Inc., supporting their nationwide marketing campaigns. Most recently, she served as Ecommerce Marketing Manager for Elite Sportswear, a Reading, PA based specialty sportswear manufacturer.

Michelle is responsible for developing and managing the execution of Egan Sign’s Strategic Sales and Marketing Plan in order to guide the company toward optimal growth over the coming years. She will leverage her extensive background in campaign management, social media, and digital marketing to move the company to the forefront of the signage industry. Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and a minor in Economics from the University of Delaware. She completed the Manufacturer’s Leadership Institute program in 2013 and is a 2008 graduate of the Leadership Berks Program.
