Egan Sign Hires Strategic Sourcing Manager

Debiec comes to Egan with over 18 years of experience as a Purchasing & Production Manager at Bills Khakis, an upscale men’s fashion brand. There, she was responsible for supervising eight outsourced manufacturing partners located throughout the United States. She sourced raw materials and managed overall finished goods inventory. Debiec is responsible for developing and managing supplier relationships to strategically increase the value we bring to our clients. She plays an integral role in business development, vendor relations, and quality control. She has an Associate’s degree in Fashion and Retail Merchandising.
