Dale comes to Egan Sign with over 30 years of experience in database programming. He has an extensive background in technology which he will utilize as he prepares for the company’s database expansion. Dale spent the early part of his career at Microsoft Corporation where he was a Technical Lead and Internal Trainer for the support of the VBA/Office Developer Team. More recently he worked at Shearer Technical where he was responsible for database programming.  Dale holds a bachelor’s degree from University of North Texas.
