Marilyn Brennan comes to Egan Sign with over nine years of experience in the sign industry with a background in Business Development and Project Management. She began her sign industry career at Reading based L & H Companies where she served as Project Manager from 2007 until 2011 when she joined Adelphia Graphic Systems as Director of Project Management. After four years on the AGS Project Management team, Marilyn was promoted to a Business Development position. Marilyn will be responsible for managing all leads, promoting the company’s capabilities, and implementing sales programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree from King’s College.
Lisa Bachman joins Egan Sign as Project Coordinator with over five years of professional experience in account management and sales. Her role will involve tracking activity status for projects, conducting project survey research, and identifying scope of sign work requirements. Most recently, Lisa served as Inside Sales Representative at Penflex Corporation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a 2007 Wilson High School graduate.
Also recently hired as Project Coordinator, Jessica Ruggiero brings over seven years of project administration, customer service, and construction support experience to the Egan Sign team. She will be responsible for directing, organizing, and controlling project activities. Prior to joining the project management team, Jessica served as Construction Support Specialist and Project Coordinator at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. in Malvern, Pennsylvania. She is actively pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Earlier this year, Egan Sign hired Michelle Weaver as Director of Sales and Marketing and promoted Stacy Helms and Allison Snyder to Senior Project Coordinator. The company will continue its growth trajectory under the leadership of President John Dever.
